What Causes High Fever While Having High CPK Level?

Hi you niece is 19 years old and has CP 4 days ago she got admitted to the hospital with extremely high fever and pain, after running all kinds of test finally found out she has high CPK level and doctors don t know how to treat or what to do.Please help
