What Causes High Fever With Elevated Blood Pressure In A Child?

My daughter is 3, she has 103° fever. Her BP is 86/58 & 125 heart rate & she s asleep. Been in and out of sleep most late afternoon. Her brother, 5 years old, has 103.5° fever, similar lethargy and his BP is 215/183 heart rate 103, he s awake. Are their #s normal? I checked my son s again and it s the same.

I really appreciate your concern, high grade fever is matter of concern in pediatric age group and it could be due to infection either bacteria or parasites all the necessary investigations are necessary intensive care may needed hope this information helps.
