What Causes High Level Of AST And ALT?

I am a 25 y/o male with recent blood results showing: AST/SGOT of 82H and ALT/SGPT 139H, Albumin at 5.1H, Segs at 11.0L, Lymphs at 70.0H, and Reactive Lymphs at 6H. Everything else was within normal range. I suffered from flu like symptoms about a week earlier and had been using Panadol to suppress symptoms. Should I be concerned about these results?

Thank you for posting query.
presentation of increased liver enzymes with acute history suggest
"acute hepatitis". further evaluation needed.

better to rule out viral causes so get following test results asap:
1. HBsAg (if your NOT vaccinated against HBV) 2. antiHCY 3. anti HAV 4. lipid profile
5. complete blood cell count

if you post the results at HCM, also mention your weight, height, alcoholic or not?

meanwhile:
- abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- NO fat diet should be followed for one week
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports), REST more.
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
