Hi,
Lymphocytes are a type of White blood cell and its usual range varies from 20-40%. It is usually increased in chronic infections like tuberculosis and malignancies like lymphoid leukemias. However, when it is increased its range is usually above 70-80%.
If you WBC count is within normal limit of 4-11k, and lymphocyte count is not increased in infectious range as stated above, there is nothing to worry.
As you have a lymphocyte count always in this range, you need not worry. Alternately you can look at ESR level, If ESR is more than 40 mm/ 1st hr, it indicates some amount of inflammation.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
