What Causes High Platelet Count In A New Born Child?

good evening i gave birth to my baby girl on the 7 of january 2010 ,her HB was low 102g/l ,and PLT normal 233,and the RBC low too 2.8 ..and i did her again the test today RBC is 3.06 and her HB is 8.9 and PLT high 533...she looks happy and healthy ....we don t have any blood diseases in the family...is this normal for a new born ...
