What Causes High Pulse Rate While Treating Stroke?

Hi doc my name is chirel my husband romeo was stroke since 2005,for now his blood pressure is normal but his pulse rate was high at 124 a minute..this are the medicines his taking,combizar 100mg,trajenta dou 2.5/850,trombocil,sinecod,and trilaxant..i was so worried that his weak for now.
