What Causes High Readings Of Tumor Marker?

I was told by my Dr. this morning that a recent blood test showed a tumor marker reading of 105 and that normal is 32 or less. Can there be any causes, other than cancer, that could cause this high of a reading. I am scheduled for a bone scan tomorrow morning.
