What Causes High Temperature, Numbness And Blurring Of Vision?

I have a temperature 0f 100.9, but i feel like i am a lot hotter than that, i feel numb in certain parts of my body, and my vision will blur and refocus, Ex. i was looking for the thermometer and found it, but instead i grabbed a hanger. And i was watching a movie that i know really well, and all of the sudden, a character would blur out.

you can take temperature indifferent thermometer. record pulse rate ,it can give some idea about real temperature. any way you can take paracetamol tablet to bring down temperature. high temperature makes vision blurry. you can take cold sponging. and head bath. maintain your hydration
