Hello
High temperature develops palpitation ( if heart disease don't present then increase in heart rate 12 indicates 1 degree fever in Farnehite ) , here I want to tell you that need not to worry about palpitation because this is due to fever.
Now main question your daughter is having fever with pain in legs ( muscles ) and in back , so reason of this fever may be .
1 Dengue as this is most common cause of such fever , which don't responded to antibiotics . Diagnosis can be confirmed by c b c and platelets examination.
2 Typhoid fever may be the another reason of such fever . Diagnosis can be confirmed by Widal test and serology test.
3 Viral fever may be the cause of such fever . Only tylenol ( paracetamol 10 mg / kg body weight is sufficient according to necessity .
In my opinion deal as mentioned above.
Good luck.
