What Causes High White Blood Count And Absolute Neutrophils?

I just had a CBC done and it is showing that I have a high White Blood Count of 11.6 and a high Absolute Neutrophils of 8480. I have no other symptoms other than me having dark circles underneath my eyes and always cold. I am 5 ft 2in and 105 lbs. I am 24 years old. What do you think may be wrong with me?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have high wbc count with high neutrophil count. It is very common in infection. You are suffering from some infection. Just take a course of antibiotics. Consult your doctor and take antibiotic treatment accordingly. You will be fine within few days.
