What Causes High White Blood Count In Vaginal Swab?

My gyno said I have a high white blood count in the vaginal swab she did. She gave me some doxocycline hyclate or some pill to take for 7 days. I wont know anything for a week.I've only had one sex partner, Im also really itchy down there and the top of my butt crack, my lymph nodes in my neck are always swollen and i wake up with a sore throat every morning?
