What Causes Hip And Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Nipple Soreness?

I am a 28 year old female, 4 days ago, I was having sharpe pains on right side just above hip when I urinated, so I went to Doc, he says possible bladder infection, so I am on antibiotics,, the next day I started having constant pain and it would get sharper at different time, still occasionally have pain when urinating. Then yesterday pain moved all over abdomen right and left side yesterday. During these 4 days I had Nausea and in the last two day my nipple are very sore. I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago Sept. I have been having what's normal for me bowel movements and eating normal. I am waiting for an Ultra sound but wondering what might be causing all this?? Any help would be great.
