What Causes Hip Pain After Running?

Dear Sirs, Four years ago I had problems with my left hip, it was jumping out of cup when I was walking and had pain afterwards or in that moment. I had to watch how I walked. Then problems disappeared, but last week after running I started to have same problems and pain. I have X-ray and MR footage from six months ago because of my lower back pain problems, where you can see hips to. I am male, 27 years old. Hope you can help me.

HI

Thanks for posting your query.

There are many conditions that can cause Hip pain for example, trauma , arthritis, sprain, Viral infections, Vitamin D deficiency etc.

Among this , the chance of your previous problem that causes Hip pain in the past recurring now is high. I would like to know what exactly you had in your past with respect to your Hip pain.

As of now I need you may require an X ray of your Hip Joint and Serum Vitamin D3 levels test. Kindly get this test done and revert back .

You can take Combiflam for the time being for pain relief.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
