What Causes Hip Pain And Back Pain?

dear doctor i am 61 years old & I have pain in my hips 7 at the bottom of my spine when I work i hardly can move for a few days and my back gets so stiff and painful i did my bone density and my doctor told me i have very week bones in that area what can i do to stop this problem and get better i scare if it breaks by itself
