What Causes Hives On Body And Loose Stool?

My daughter , 10, has experienced three separate allergic reactions resulting in hives all over and loose stools. Each time different food was ate and all tests came back negative to food allergy. Only thing consistent is that she ate processed food before reaction but has eaten since and no allergic reactions. Could her body going through puberty make her more susceptible to allergic reactions?

Hello,

Hives may be due to food or infection or allergy. The most common foods that cause hives are nuts, chocolate, fish, tomatoes, eggs, fresh berries, and milk.

Some times it may be associated with breathing difficulty and chest pain. So take antihistamines to control it. Avoid food that provoke hives. If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
