What Causes Hives On Legs And Redness On Face?

About a week and a half ago, I began to wake up in the morning with hives all over my legs. They didn't look like the typical hives I get from allergies I already have, but different; like wider and red. They don't itch, but when I scratch them they burn. It has gotten worse over that week and a half and now I have them constantly all day long. When I cry or my eyes water, my face becomes extremely red and irritated and breaks out into hives. This has never been an issue before and I know it is not an allergy to any product. What could be going on?!
Also, I thought of anything new I may have introduced to my body (internally and topically) things have changed...but I don't use the same product on my face as I do on my body, so I know it can't be that. I also know it's not that because I have been using all the new products for well over a month and this just started. I have also tried allergy medication and cold compresses.
I am a 20 year old female.
