What Causes Hives On The Head And Metallic Taste In Mouth?

I have been taking a medication that I just finished yesterday for Bacterial Vaginosis...Metronindazole oral. I had vaginal dryness and irritation/burning and a few days ago I started getting swollen lymph nodes in head and neck. Now my head has hives all over it and I have metallic taste in mouth. Earlier today I felt feverish and like my throat was getting tight but those feelings went away
