Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Doxycicline can cause such hives since it may be allergic reaction to antibiotic and i think that you should stop taking it. However, it may also be reaction to some other substances such as food, drink, clothes or soap. So if this continues after stopping doxyciclin then you should search for other allergenes. Flagyl is also possible allergen as well. Cat bite may be related to hivrs only if there is systemic infection and sepsis but in this case you would have fever and other symptos of sepsis. So I dont think this is your case.
Wish you good health. Regards
