What Causes Hoarse Throat And Cough After A Varicella Vaccination?

My child has been very healthy until she had the live varicella vaccine on June 7, 2010. Shortly after she was hoarse and had a cough. Those went away with a round of Z-Pak, but on June 29 she began waking at night, towards morning unable to breathe for a few seconds or minute.. This is still happening and dr doesn t know what s wrong. He put her on albuterol inhaler for emergencies and just yesterday gave her Asmanex Twisthaler until we get in to see a pulmonologist on Aug 2. My fear is this medication. It says DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE ANY INFECTIONS OR HAVE BEEN RECENTLY VACCINATED FOR CHICKEN POX because it could worsen her condition. We don t know what her respiratory ailment is. She was able to sleep through the night last night, but I m afraid that the medication could affect her lungs or she could have complications since she was vaccinated last month. I m asking if this Asmanex should be used til we know for certain what it wrong?? Thank you very much
