Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes of hoarseness of voice is:

1. Larygitis.
2. Acid reflux.
3. Vocal nodules.
4. Puberphonia.
5. Nerve palsy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625mg twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
