What Causes Hoarseness In Voice After Taking Oseltamivir And Codeine?
Hi I have the flu and am taking oseltamivar 75mg twice a day and codeine/GG 10-100mg/5ml one teaspoon every six hours if needed for pain. I developed a hoarse, raspy voice on day two in taking this medicine and it feels like something is stuck in my throat. I thought one of the pills didn t go down right. Can you help me?

It is an occasional side effect of oseltamivir as hoarseness of voice, which should be withheld at this point.
The codeine shall be continued till doctor's contact is being carried out.
