What Causes Hoarseness In Voice Along With Chest Pain?
I ve has an onset of hoarseness, completely lost my voice. For a week now it has continued not as hoarse as I was but an onset of coughing dry hacking cough, chest is hurting some & into my back. No fever & other than hurting some havn t really been feeling bad.

On the first impression it seems to be hoarseness of voice by Laryngitis...
But here fever is not present...
So laryngeal examination should be done to rule out any growth if present...
Consult otorhinolaryngologist for indirect laryngoscopy examination
If only inflammation is present than decongestant like phenylephrine and suitable antibiotic prescribed
