What Causes Hole In Top Of Tongue And Red Dots Around Tip Of Tongue?
I had a small hole on the top of my tongue, like a taste bud was mising. There was another tastebud beside it a little inflamed. now the hole is white like a canker but now ther eare little red dots around the tip on the top and sides of my tongue that are not raised
