What Causes Holes In Skin And Bleeding Leading To Sharp Pain On Leg?

I keep getting sharp pains out of no where that feels like I m being bitten from the inside out. Then I have holes and blood. Just tonight a huge amount of blood was all over my leg on my front calf. Is there any medical conditions that you are aware of?
