What Causes Holes With Impacted Hair And A Boil In Armpits?
I have about 4 holes under each one of my armpits which deodorant And hair gets stuck in them I keep them clean but they have gotten to be painful when I try to clean them and now are getting bigger since I can t clean them as often as I once did I m unsure what they are and how I got them. Now I did have a boil under my arm a year ago or so and one on my hop bone but I got them cut out in just unsure what this is. I have showed several doctors yet they don t seem to take it serious any ideas or suggestions
Hi. As per your case history you may be having hidradenitis supprativa, a disease of glands located in axilla and groin. My treatment advice is - 1. Keep good hygiene. Bath twice daily and wear loose clothes. 2. Apply antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily and use betadine powder over it twice daily. 3. Other treatment options include oral antibiotics and oral anti inflammatory medicines.
