What Causes Horrible Odor In Body?

Hi. I am concerned about a brother of mine who returned from living in Arizona for a number of years. He has a horrible odor and uses water and bleach to control this odor. He says that someone told him what to do. This seems abnormal. Could you please tell me what his condition is that would cause such a thing? anita
