What Causes Hot Achy Numb Feeling In My Arm?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a hot achy numb feeling in my arm and noticed I lost strenghth when I try to pick something up or hold on to something I haven't hurt it but in early 90's had carpal tunnel surgery. Do you think this could be causing problems now?
