What Causes Hot And Sweaty Legs At Night?
I am fifty and i have hot sweaty legs at night. I have had this since i was a teen. I hate it when a cat sleeps on or around my feet because it makes it worse. I do feel the urge to jiggle my legs during the day, and my feet are not involved, but i can't wear socks to bed or it will worsen it.aThey do not "burn" just hot like they have a fever.
