What Causes Hot And Tingling Sensation On The Lower Part Of Legs?

Hello, could you please help me understand what is going on...the lower part of my legs hurt, feel heavy and hot, specially by end of day and night. I feel a hot and tingling sensation on the of lower part of my legs and I do have varicose vains that are quiet visible. Every night I look forward to elevate my legs, that seams yo help with some of the discomfort.

According to your history of varicose veins along with the tingling and hot sensations of lower part of the leg , it suggests one disease ,that is Varicose Veins and its Complications....what happens basically is that in varicose veins the area of the leg above the ankle on inner side of leg mostly get involved ...the skin complications more common ranges from simple dermatitis to ulcer formation...I advise u to kindly consult the vascular surgeon to get your varicose veins treated , once it is treated the tingling and hot senastions automatically diminishes with time...Meanwhile avoid straining work and prolonged standing, use the stocking...look for any skin colour changes in ur legs..
