What Causes Hot Flashes Along With Chills And Nausea?

Hello My mother 86 years old having hot flashes, cold chills, and nausea each day around 2:30pm she miserable. took her to the doctor, ER and doctor again and no answer. Trying to research now. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, She was taken off of Lexapro 10 mg and gabapentin 300 Mg cold turkey, some doctor thought she didn t need. And was given Arrasett (dementia) med. I have removed the dementia med it did not work with her at all. She s back on Lexapro and Gabapentin for 3 days now but still having nausea, hot flashes, and chills. Please help
