What Causes Hot Flashes And Dizziness While On Wellbutrin?

I am a 48 yr old woman, i suffer from depression. Right now I m taking 450 mg of generic Wellbutrin. I have hot flashes all day long and when i do have them i get extremely lightheaded to the point i have to stop what I m doing until the hot flash passes. And different part of my body hurts. My neck, ankle, lower back and my legs feel like they are going to fall away from under me. Are all of these issues connected?

We have to rule out possible causes like fibromyalgia.

If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
