What Causes Hot Flashes And Flu?

Hello I Have white blood count of 11.50, MCV at 95.7 and a potassium level at 3.2 For the last year I have had pneumonia twice in two years, pericarditus, and numerous periods of feeling flu like, along with periods (5 minutes) feeling flushed with overwhelming heat, some symptoms go back from years ago. I was once told 7 years ago after suffering with a low grade fever for 11 days I may of had West Nile Fever Any thoughts
