hi, im 35 years old female.i have pcos. i take 3g metformin since many years.i have maintained my body weight as well.lately i have been feeling hot flashes, pain in breasts and cramping in my ovulatory period with migranes. this time i was sexually active , had a moderately heavy brown period and the symptoms did not end even after the period as always.my face feels flushed constantly.i have headaches, breast tenderness and bloating.whats wrong with me
