What Causes Hot Flashes And Sweating Soon After Eating?

In the morning on a regular basis, I experience hot flashes within 1 hour of eating my first meal of the day. The sweating and hot flashes usually lasts up to 30 mins. I am a coffee drinker and always have coffee first thing but as long as I don t eat I feel fine. Also perhaps unrelated I experience an aching pain in my left knee at night and numbness in some of my toes in the right foot.

Hello
Welcome to health care magic
I would suggest you to go for regular Blood pressure checkup.
Also go for Blood Sugar checkup.
Most of time it is seen that fluctuation of blood pressure leads to episodes of hot flushes in patient.
also maintain a chart of same so the fluctuation can be analyse and on the basis of reports diagnosis can be made and treatment can be initiated.

Hope this is clear to you
In case of any query feel free to ask .
