Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The usage of progesterone so long ago is not responsible for the symptoms you are experiencing now. It is the hormone deficiency at present that is the cause of the hot flushes. You can try breathing exercises, meditation, increase intake of fresh fruits and vegetables, use loose fitting cotton garments and keep your surroundings comfortable. Please get further help from your health care provider. Wish you good health.
