What Causes Hot Flashes, Concentration Problem And Tiredness?

I sleep a lot, but am still tired. I cannot remember things, I have hot flashes, I have tunes, conversations I heard, something going on in my head all the time... Am I crazy. I am a 57 year old female. I take a thyroid med, cholesterol med, and two for anxiety.
