What Causes Hot Flashes, Dizziness And Burning Sensation In The Knee?

Hi, i have been experiencing bouts of cold and heat flashes, dizziness and burning sensation from the knee down . And for months, i always wake up in the middle of the night and unable to sleep for hours and when i finally do, i over sleep and it s usually an effort to get out of bed.

Cold sensation and hot feeling could be due to menopause. It could be due to hormonal changes. Since the age and gender are not mentioned here, I guess that the user would fall in this category. Besides this, such symptoms could be due to infections, like viral infection. Muscular spasms and fibromyalgia could also be some of the causes. If there is sleep deprivation, then it could to be functional kind of disorders. Try to come out the stress. Do some exercise regularly. Burning sensation in the knee could be due to arthritis changes.
