What Causes Hot Flashes, Headaches And Diarrhea?

I have been sick for 4 weeks with a general cough, hacking up mucus. In the last of couple of days I have started getting hot/cold flashes, bad headache from coughing so much, diarrhea, etc. Have had trouble sleeping, taking enough medicine to last a life time. Just cannot shake whatever is wrong with me.
