What Causes Hot Flashes, Nausea, Bloating, Pain In Lower Back And Pelvis?

Hi My Name Veronica, I have been miserable for month s now. I have been back in forth to the dr n nobody helping. I m having pain in my lower back all around to my pelvic, I m bloated often, constipated a lot, now I m having hot flashes, nauseated, no appetite, even the smell of food makes me nauseated, I m currently having pain in my legs, the right leg I can barely put a lot of pressure on when standing or going up and down stairs. I m currently taking levothyroxine 100 mcg for thyroid and omeprazole for my stomach and I been taking these medication since August n I feel worse than I did then. Please help me.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hot flashes, nausea, bloating, pain in lower back and pelvis . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , medication reaction or side-effect , food allergy or gastritis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor order CT scan , take history and examine with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic , anti inflammatory along wioth antibiotics like gentamycin and vestibular therapy . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem . Drink warm water throughout the day will help alot . For now avoid bending forward , drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and eat light and non spicy . Consult gastroenterologist for gastric problem .
