What Causes Hot Flashes, Sleeplessness And Urine Leakage?

Hi, Can you please help me with some concerns I have. I don t know if I should see a doctor in person or not. I have multiple systems. I am not sure if they are related or if I might have more than one probelm. I have a bulg in my vagina, I am hot all the time, I wake up in the middle of the night everynight and can t go back to sleep, somethimes when I laugh I pee a little, I have lost about 25 pounts in the past 3 months and I haven t changed my diet, I cry really easy. Thank you.

I think these are symptoms of menopause. It is just a normal stage of life. The urine leakage may be due to an urinary tract infection or weakened pelvic floor muscles. Do a urine test first.
