What Causes Hot Flashes, Sweaty Palms And Light-headedness?

Hi, a few nights ago I had symptoms of feeling hot all of a sudden, fast heart rate, sweaty palms, fatigue, and lightheadness. Prior to when theses symptoms were shown, I was relaxing on the couch and had no caffiene. It took about an hour until I was back to normal. This has happened before and I ve had an EKG done and they said that everything was fine. But now, since a couple nights ago, I ve experienced a sever sore throat and some neckpain. Fatigue is still ocurring and likewise with my fast heart rate. What s wrong?

Get an EKG and thyroid profile done. Looks like a hyperthyroidism. Contact your GP for medication. He will perscribe some anti anxiety and anti thyroid hormone drugs.
