What Causes Hot Flashes While On Ovral?

Hi I am 41 now was diognjsed in 2012 as being premature menopausal. I was using estropause N and resent the doctor picked up that the estrogen was low. I have been now been using ovral.for 7 months and the hot flashes are back hacticlty is there something wrong?
