What Causes Hot Flashes?

Hi am very very hot constantly. my arms feel like they are burning my back of neck is sweating. evenwhen its cool. I can shower in the shower constantly for half an hour and still not cool down. it feels like my skin is burning. i dont have a temperature.

Hot flashes are a common symtoms of menopause .
How often are hot flash during the day? (Women undergoing menopause can experience hot flashes as often as several times a day.)

Menopause isn’t the only cause of hot flashes, though.
Hot flashes can be triggers by several factors like:
Did you used :spicy foods,alcohol,hot drinks, caffeine,smoking,.
Are you in stress and anxiety.
Did you have hyperthyroidisem?
Chemiotherapy?
Are you taking raloxifene(Evista)or tramadol or tamoxifen?

You can help your self during Lifestyle changes and strategies for managing hot flash include:using stress reduction techniques , such as yoga , meditation, or guided breathing


My advised is that in cases of more severe hot flash your doctor may prescribe medicine to help reduce them depens in your case.
Please counsoult with your doctor as soon as possible .
You may used alternative treatment for hot flash, although you should talk t your doctor before taking any herbs or supplement,
