What Causes Hot Flashes?
I just started having hot flashes. They can be as often as 4 times a day and 5 times at night, I am 53 yrs old and am in peri menopause as of my most recent blood work. I am looking for a possible supplement to help. I am using progesterone ev night for about 4 yrs. I do not want to use estrogen. What can u suggest

If you do not want to use Estrogen, you should use soya products or serm drugs as Estrogen receptor antagonists etc
