What Causes Hot Flushes And Nausea After Having Marijuana?

HI I am a 24 yr old male 2 days ago i was partying with my friends at a pub.i had a beer and a 30 ml whiskey peg. i just had lunch that day....and went the night and drank alchohol. after which my this stupid friend gave me a joint of marijuana which i smoked.i am dissapointed with myself for not acting rationally. after that i went out to have some food as i felt hungry....i had a small kit kat bar and 2 boiled eggs. suddenly i felt huge heat wave inside myself and then i decided to take a walk...whithin few seconds i fell and collapsed. people picked me up and told me what had happened right then...i came to my full senses..i knew my name nd where i was etc etc.but felt at great unease unable to walk. my frnds took me to hospital where i got the ct done. the ct came back normal.....i was talking fine...a bit hysterical though...i guess somewhat high from marijuana.i remember each event.and nthng s blacked out. i know that it cud have been hypotension frm alchohol nd the drug ....(my bp was 100/70) but my problem is that even now after resting adequatly for 2 days....i still feel as if i am hungover or something......i feel somewhat nauseous nd have some unease in my head...a constricitve feeling nd i feel my heart beat while lying down....its not beating fast or anything. pls advice if i need further investigations nd whether it cud be ANXIETY after the trauma
