I frequently sweat with little exertion. I m a 40-yr old female and I have noticed this for the last several years.. Maybe even 5-7 yrs or more. I don t have excessive sweating where I am dripping sweat out of nowhere, but with the mist minimal physical activity I get sweaty and then flushed. I have to fan myself to cool off. For example. Picking up one of my kids to change their diaper. Or going into a changing room a a store to try on clothes. But the time I m done I m sweating and fanning myself. I m not sure if other people notice or not.. I am not soaked in sweat but I do feel like my face gets flushed and that I might appear shiny or look slightly sweaty. I don t so much care about that as I do about how I feel. I hate it and it is becoming more and more frequent it seems.
