What Causes Hot Flushes While On Estradiol Post Hysterectomy?

I m 47yrs old. I Had a complete hystectomy at the age of 40, I take estradiol 1mg daily ever since my surgery. I m always hot, even in a room cooled to 70 degrees I m sweating. Does this sound like harmonies or could there be something else I should look into?

Hi,

Hot flushes are normal after menopause due to deficiency of estrogen hormone. Your doctor has prescribed Estradiol to you which is absolutely right. Continue Estradiol with calcium supplements.
