What Causes Hot Sensation In Around Scrotum And Thighs?

Hi. I am 35 yrs blessed with one son who s now nine yrs . I have been feeling heat sensation along my scrotum and the thighs for over four years now. I did think it was a medical problem at first . I ve tried to get my wife conceive for over four years now but been unable. I got my sperms checked and I was told they have low motility approximately40%. He recommended a sperm wash so he can perform IUI . What could be the cause of the heat sensation and could be the cause of the low motility? Any known prescription for my condition. I have not informed my GP about the heat sensation.

Complete semen analysis report is not given here, to know the exact parameters of this test need to be done with abstinent period of 15 days (no ejaculation for 15 days ) one thing should be noted and that is just single sperm need for conception, so keep trying for this, have nice day and good luck.
