Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His symptoms could be suggestive of a viral infection or food intoxication due to the sausage. I recommend taking plenty of water, Buscopan for the cramps and Acetaminophen for the fever. If this situation persists, going to the ER will be necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
