What Causes Hotness And Pain In Belly?

I am a 22 y/o male. most of the time, I feel that my belly is very hot, and rarely I feel a lot of pain in my upper right part of my belly, and having troubles with my urinary system. no blood in the urine or stones have been found, but sometimes, my urine smells very bad. can any body help me with this, since my urologue says that I am ok, but i know i am not.
